Sleep Reset is a 6-week virtual group grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a short-term, research-backed approach proven to improve sleep. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based tools to calm your mind, reset your sleep rhythm, and break the frustrating patterns that keep you up at night.

Investment:
Free optional 15-minute consultation to answer any questions
$150 one-time fee for individual screening appointment (to ensure the group is a good fit for your goals and concerns)
$100 per weekly group session
