Sleep Reset is a 6-week virtual group grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), a short-term, research-backed approach proven to improve sleep. You’ll learn practical, evidence-based tools to calm your mind, reset your sleep rhythm, and break the frustrating patterns that keep you up at night.

A group format offers more than just structure — it also brings: greater affordability, connection with others who truly “get it,” and fresh insights and strategies from shared experiences.

By the end of the group, you’ll have:

  • A personalized sleep plan tailored to your needs

  • Techniques to fall asleep and stay asleep more easily

  • Tools to manage nighttime worry or restlessness

  • Strategies to strengthen your natural sleep drive

  • Healthier sleep habits that actually stick

  • Confidence in your ability to get consistent, restful sleep

The Details:

When:

  • Fridays, 12:00 pm—1:00 pm EST / 11:00 am —12:00 pm CST

Where:

  • Virtual group available to clients in New York, Maryland, Alabama, and Florida

Investment:

  • Free optional 15-minute consultation to answer any questions

  • $150 one-time fee for individual screening appointment (to ensure the group is a good fit for your goals and concerns)

  • $100 per weekly group session
